A note from the founder
I am Joseph, founder of Clinqly.
I started Clinqly after seeing the same thing again and again: practices work hard to get patients to their website and their phone, then lose enquiries at the last step, because no one can reply fast enough. Evenings, weekends and busy days are exactly when people ask, and exactly when reception cannot get to everyone.
Clinqly is the front desk that keeps answering when your team is busy, closed, or catching up. It is not here to replace your reception team. It takes the after-hours questions and the repetitive ones, so your people can look after the patients in front of them.
We are early, so we work closely with a small number of practices. Before Clinqly ever speaks to a patient, we load your real practice information and you approve what it can say. It does not give clinical advice, and anything urgent or sensitive goes to your team.
You will speak directly with me. If Clinqly is not right for your practice, I will tell you.
