Automated workflows

Follow-up that runs the way you decide.

An enquiry rarely finishes in one message. Start with a ready-made workflow or create your own, and keep enquiries moving with follow-up emails and team alerts you control.

One workflow: what starts it, how long it waits, what it checks, and the two ways it can end. Built and edited on your own canvas.

Start your way

Switch on a ready-made workflow and edit it, or open an empty canvas and build your own. Your copy is yours: editing it never changes the original.

  • Ready-made: instant acknowledgement, no-reply follow-up
  • Hot-lead and response-time alerts for your team
  • Or start from scratch on a blank canvas

Set the rules

Choose what starts the workflow, how long it waits, whether the customer has replied, and which supported action happens next.

  • A trigger, then waits measured in hours or days
  • Branch on whether there has been a reply
  • Send a follow-up email, or notify your team

Stay in control

Workflows stay drafts until you activate them, and you can pause one at any time. Clinqly checks a workflow makes sense before it can go live.

  • Draft, active and paused states you control
  • A customer reply stops their running follow-up
  • Answers come only from information you approve

Workflow actions send follow-up emails or notify your team. They do not send automated messages through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

Do we have to use the ready-made workflows?

No. Templates are a starting point. You can switch one on and edit it, or start from an empty canvas and build the workflow yourself.

What can a workflow actually do?

It can wait for a set time, check whether the customer has replied, send an email from your verified sending domain, and notify your team. Steps run in the order you set until the workflow ends.

What stops a follow-up?

A customer reply cancels their running follow-up, and a workflow ends when it reaches its final step. You can also pause a workflow, which stops it starting for anyone new.

Can workflows message customers on WhatsApp or Instagram?

Not today. Clinqly answers on those channels in the conversation, but automated workflow actions send email and notify your team. Workflows also act only inside Clinqly; they do not perform actions in other systems you run.

Which plans include workflows?

Building and running your own workflows is included on Growth and above. Every plan gets the AI receptionist answering and qualifying enquiries.
